Shipping Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment in a timely manner, please make sure your name and address are entered correctly.

Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you refuse any shipments you will be held responsible for shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If your tracking number states DELIVERED, and you have not received your package, you will have to resolve this issue with the United States Postal Service. Beautybylp is NOT responsible for packages that state
DELIVERED.

Orders placed after 4pm Pacific time will be processed the following business day. Allow 2-3 business days from the date shipped out. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays
